Processing Times

Although most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase from our California warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process before they are shipped.

Shipping Times

Business days for carrier movement are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. 

Holidays and Sundays are not included in business days.

** Please note we have no control over your package after it ships **

We do not ship to PO boxes for Standard and Expedited shipping.

Free Economy Shipping for orders $100 and over:
Most orders are delivered in 5-7 business days after processing but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in some cases.

Standard Ground Shipping:
Up to 5 business days on average after the order is processed. Carrier is USPS Priority Mail.

Please note: USPS Priority Mail is not guaranteed delivery services and do not have guaranteed delivery dates—only an expected delivery date.

We offer faster paid shipping options during checkout for time sensitive orders. Before you pay, you will see your total shipping cost and you can choose the option that is best for you.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We use a variety of different carriers to ensure the best experience for our customers. Just click on the number in the shipping confirmation email to track your package!

Below are the formats for the tracking numbers used by our carriers.

USPS Format: 16 DIGITS
Example: 9274890277986100000000

FedEx Tracking: 12 DIGITS
Example: 299999999999

UPS Tracking:: Normally Starts with “1Z”
Example: 1Z9999999999999999

Need To Make Changes To Your “Ship To” Address?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. We ship orders daily, Monday-Friday. So, sometimes we may not be able to intercept an incorrect order before it goes out to the wrong address.
