What Is the Zkittlez Strain?
Zkittlez is an award-winning indica-dominant hybrid known for its sweet tropical fruit and candy-like flavor. Its commonly reported genetics combine Grape Ape and Grapefruit with an undisclosed third cultivar, creating one of the most recognizable fruit-forward profiles in modern cannabis.
Also known today as The Original Z, Zkittlez became famous for flavor before extreme potency became the center of the market. Berry, grape, grapefruit, tropical fruit and sugary candy notes helped it stand apart from the earthy and gas-heavy strains around it.
Hollyweed takes that recognizable profile into modern high-potency territory. Our current indoor batch tests at 38.03% THCA. Explore more hybrid THCA flower for more balanced genetics.

Potency note: THCA converts into psychoactive THC when heated. Using the standard 0.877 molecular conversion factor, 38.03% THCA represents approximately 33.35% potential THC from THCA alone before accounting for any delta-9 THC already present. Actual conversion and intake during use are lower than this theoretical maximum.
Zkittlez Strain Effects
Zkittlez strain effects are commonly described as relaxed, happy and euphoric, with an uplifting mental start followed by a calmer body feel. Despite its indica-leaning reputation, consumers do not always describe Zkittlez as immediately heavy or sedating.
Is Zkittlez Indica or Sativa?
Zkittlez is generally classified as an indica-dominant hybrid. Exact ratios vary by source and phenotype, so describing the overall classification is more useful than assigning every Zkittlez plant the same fixed indica-to-sativa percentage.
Is Zkittlez Strong?
Hollyweed's current batch is. At 38.03% THCA, this is high-potency flower. Effects vary with amount consumed, tolerance, individual physiology and method of use.
